Bick<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Roadrunner&#8217;s 16-year-old prodigy Stanzi Moseley broke through the 2:00 barrier for the first time in the 200-meter freestyle finale. \u00a0She rocked a 1:59.88 after behind under meet-record pace through 150 meters. \u00a0That&#8217;s under her 2:00.37 lifetime best from the morning as Moseley moved to 15th all time in the 15-16 age division. \u00a0Lia Neal&#8217;s amazing 1:58.26 meet record from 2011 remained for another day &#8211; unless of course a leadoff breaks it tonight in the 800 free relay.<\/p>\n<p>Scottsdale&#8217;s Taylor Ruck, a 14-year-old phemon, turned in a second-place 2:00.14. That clipped her best of 2:00.27 from sectionals last month. \u00a0Pleasanton&#8217;s Erika Brown raced to third in 2:00.29, while City of Mobile&#8217;s Paige Madden (2:00.50) and Loveland&#8217;s Eryn Eddy (2:00.78) finished fourth and fifth. \u00a0Saint Andrew&#8217;s Megan Moroney also posted a 2:00 with a sixth-place 2:00.83.<\/p>\n<p>Rockville-Montgomery&#8217;s Anna Kolanowski (2:02.02) and Bloomington Waves&#8217; Melissa Pish (2:02.18) also competed in the finale.<\/p>\n<p>Tallahassee&#8217;s Cece Wililams dropped a second-and-a-half from her best time with a 2:01.12 to win the B final. \u00a0That&#8217;s a big drop from her 2:02.51 here at juniors a year ago. \u00a0Marietta Marlins&#8217; Stephanie Peters (2:01.61) and Upper Valley&#8217;s Hannah Cox (2:01.80) finished just a bit behind in second and third. \u00a0Lakeside&#8217;s Lauren Pitzer (2:01.85) and JCC&#8217;s Lauren Barber (2:01.99) also had a shot at the heat win\u00a0before Williams pulled away down the stretch.<\/p>\n<p>Bolles&#8217; Claire Rasmus turned on the jets down the stretch to claim a one-second win in the C final. She clocked a 2:01.59, smashing her previous best of 2:03.03 from earlier in the day. Bick<\/p><\/div>\n<p>NOVA of Virginia&#8217;s Townley Haas has had himself a meet. \u00a0On top of winning the 100 free and 400 free already this week, he just added a third title with a come-from-behind win in the 200 free. \u00a0He raced his way to a 1:48.75 to take sixth in the 17-18 age division all time. That&#8217;s a big personal best, down from his 1:50.26 at Virginia senior states.<\/p>\n<p>Pleasanton&#8217;s Maxime Rooney, who led at the 100, wound up taking second in 1:49.54. That clipped his personal best of 1:49.70 from this morning, and edged him closer to Caeleb Dressel&#8217;s 15-16 national age group record of 1:48.64. Tennessee&#8217;s Walker Higgins wrapped up third-place honors in 1:50.68.<\/p>\n<p>Dayton Raiders&#8217; Brock Turner (1:51.15), AGUA&#8217;s Michael Domagala (1:51.45), Iowa Flyers&#8217; Aidan Keen (1:52.09), Machine&#8217;s James Murphy (1:52.53) and Terrapins&#8217; Michal Zyla (1:52.83) also competed in the big final.<\/p>\n<p>Tualatin&#8217;s Patrick Mulcare put together a speedy time in the B final to win in 1:51.10. \u00a0That&#8217;s a lifetime best, clearing the 1:51.85 he clocked at sectionals earlier this summer. \u00a0Last summer, he posted a 1:52.79, so that&#8217;s a nice drop since last year&#8217;s juniors. Bick<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Swim Fort Lauderdale&#8217;s Emily Kopas raced her way to a 2:29.53 to top a disqualification-laden championship heat. \u00a0That&#8217;s a large amount of time cut from her personal best of 2:31.61 set at sectionals just a month ago. \u00a0Aspen&#8217;s Emma Cain, a 14-year-old transplant from Great Britain who represents GBR internationally, took second in 2:30.25. Cain is now in the top 10 all time in the 13-14 age division with that swim. \u00a0Livonia&#8217;s Miranda Tucker finished third in 2:31.81.<\/p>\n<p>Y-Sparta&#8217;s Savanna Faulconer (2:32.47), SwimMAC&#8217;s Maija Roses (2:32.49) and Ozaukee&#8217;s Katie Drabot (2:33.61) placed fourth through sixth in the championship heat. \u00a0Nashville&#8217;s Tatum Wade and Spokane Waves&#8217; Emma Schanz both drew disqualifications.<\/p>\n<p>Atlantis&#8217; Lindsey Horejsi cut a huge amount of time off her personal best with a B final time of 2:32.33 to win. \u00a0That&#8217;s down from her 2:34.63 this morning in prelims. \u00a0Bellevue&#8217;s Kim Williams chased down second in 2:33.51 with Lincoln Select&#8217;s Ashley Pales just behind in third with a 2:33.65 in the consolation heat.<\/p>\n<p>Berkeley&#8217;s Erin Barry held off a hard-charging Julia Poole of Triangle in the C final for a win, 2:35.20 to 2:35.34. That&#8217;s a best for Barry, taking down her 2:35.73 from last summer, while Poole lowered her 2:35.86 from prelims. T2&#8217;s Elise Haan raced her way into third with a time of 1:01.67 to account for all of the 1:01s tonight.
