BALTIMORE, Maryland, November 8. AND the records just keep on falling. Three North Baltimore Aquatic Club teens trampled on the state record book at the annual NBAC Fall Fastival, held November 4-6.<\/p>\n
Sixteen year-old Katie Hoff took down two of her own state records in the 100-yard freestyle (49.56) and the 200 freestyle (1:45.43). Felicia Lee, 13, bettered Hoff's old 100 yard fly mark with a 13-14 state record of 55.31, while also finishing first in her age group in the 200 fly (2:00.60) and the 400 IM (4:24.42). Courtney Kalisz, 15, won the 400 IM (4:17.65) and 200 IM (2:02.96), and added triumphs in the 100 backstroke (57.65) and 100 butterfly (57.09).<\/p>\n
Having recently turned professional and inked by Octagon, Hoff also won the 100 breaststroke (1:03.14) and 200 breast (2:13.91). She is coming off a 2005 campaign in which she won gold at the World Championships in Montreal in the 200 and 400 individual medley events.
