NEW COMMIT: Salisbury University has received a new verbal commitment for the 2022-23 season and beyond from in-state native Lily Jean Golden of Church Hill, Maryland.

Her best times include:

  • 50 free – 26.80
  • 100 free – 58.84
  • 50 back – 29.31
  • 100 back – 1:03.20

Golden does her club swimming with Eastern Shore Aquatics and most recently earned three best times at the Mako Summer meet in June.

Also competing for Queen Anne’s County High School, Golden placed 18th in the 100 back at the Maryland State Championships as a sophomore while taking 16th in the 50 free during her freshman season.

Golden would’ve scored in the A-final of the 100 back at the 2020 Capital Athletic Conference Championships where Salisbury finished fourth overall in the team standings.
