Isabella Schneider Heads To West Coast After Verballing to USC

NEW COMMIT: Junior National qualifier Isabella Schenider of Reading, Massachusetts, will make her way across the country, as she verbally committed to the University of Southern California for Fall 2024.

Addie Sauickie has also verbaled to the Trojans.

Regarding her commitment, she said:

“I’m so excited and honored to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at the University of Southern California! I want to thank my family, friends, teammates, and coaches for all of their support and for helping me get to where I am today. I also want to thank the amazing USC coaches and team. Can’t wait to be part of the Trojan Family in 2024! FIGHT ON!”

Schneider trains year-round with Phoenix Swimming and was a five-time champion at Fargo Sectionals back in March after winning the 400 IM at New England Seniors. She also raced four events at Juniors East back in December and finaled in six events at Geneva Futures last summer.

Her best times include:

  • 200 back – 1:59.35
  • 100 back – 55.57
  • 400 IM – 4:21.07
  • 200 IM – 2:03.58
  • 200 fly – 2:02.84
  • 100 fly – 55.88

USC finished second at the 2023 Pac-12 Championships and 12th at the NCAA Championships.
