Legendary Olympic diver Greg Louganis will star in ABC’s game show Holey Moley II: The Sequel alongside “The Bachelor’s” Chris Harrison as the 13-episode extreme mini-golf competition series returned to ABC on Thursday, May 21.

Per ABC, the sophomore season will “showcase self-proclaimed mini-golf lovers from around the country as they compete head-to-head through an epic obstacle golf course” and vie for their spot in the finale, which will determine the winner of the $250,000 prize.

Former Purdue diver Joey Cifelli also guest starred on the show as a competitive diver alongside the golfers. According to ABC, the two golfers will perform a dive, and the better score will land them a better placement on the green. But there is a third competitor – Cifelli, who is a former All-American while at Purdue. “With only the top two scores moving on, one of our contestants are surely in trouble,” ABC’s tagline says.

Louganis will serve as a diving judge on the show alongside Steve Guttenberg and Sir Goph.

Greg Louganis is regarded as one of the greatest divers in history, winning four Olympic gold medals as he successfully repeated in the 3m and 10m events in 1984 and 1988. He was inducted in the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1993.

Joey Cifelli dove four years at Purdue University, placing as high as sixth in the 1m at the 2017 NCAAs.

Was disappointing that an Olympic diver gave a terrible Score to a guy who is driving professionally. Didn’t understand that part of the show; was it supposed to be funny? Because it really wasn’t.

Lol, he isn’t a contestant, I’m sure he’s being paid for his time to guest on the show. Of course he “should have gone through” based on the dives. But that’s the joke, the two actual contestants who are obviously not trained divers “beat” the actual trained diver. Like are you people actually really mad about this? Lol I bet you’re a ton of fun at parties.

Gotta love the irony. Oh, he’s obviously being paid to “fail,” when he comes up to dive- EVERY TIME ON DIVING RANGE!

Amazing that so many people don’t get the joke. Joey is just a silly plant. He’s not a contestant, he’s just there for some extra fun with the diving judges.

Yes people, figure out the joke. He’s a pro diver. The show is hilarious. Joey was never supposed to win. He’s a guest like the judges. A plant. I can’t believe people actually do not understand that lol

If you bring up Joey Cifelli on the internet he was on the diving team for Purdue College for 4 years it’s a joke it’s says he is a guest just like Greg Louganis.

I know not that it’s fake but just imagine it wasn’t, the people that are sensitive about it are just protective over people which is good.
