He will join Joe Rusnock, Rylan Stevenson, Russel Exum, Max Zaunich, Cotton Fields, Sawyer Inglis and Angus Corbeau as a member of the Mustangs in the fall of 2021.

He told Swimming World:

Thionville swims year-round with Nu Wave Swim Club for coach Ross Hedrick and most recently earned five best times at College Station Sectionals. He recorded five top-8 finishes at Louisiana Seniors in February, including a runner-up showing in the 1000 free.

Last summer, he grabbed silver in the 1500m free and bronze in the 200m back at the Louisiana LCM 13&O Championships before going on to final in the 200m back at NCSAs.
