Aly Tetzloff, US National Team Swimmer, Moves to Wolfpack Elite

U.S. national team swimmer Aly Tetzloff announced she will move to Wolfpack Elite as a post-grad to continue to aim for her goal of making the 2021 Olympics.

Tetzloff made the announcement on social media on Friday.

“Thank you Auburn Swim & Dive for being my home away from home these past 5 years. I’ll always look forward to the day I’ll be back on the Plains. I’m super excited to announce my move to Raleigh, NC (in August) to train with Wolfpack Elite as I continue on my Olympic journey. War Eagle forever, but for now, Go Pack!,” she posted

Aly Tetzloff was an All-American at Auburn. As a senior, she won the SEC championship in the 100 backstroke and made the finals at NCAAs in the 100 backstroke and 100 butterfly. She also placed 16th in the 100 freestyle. She finished her career as a 10-time All-American for the Tigers.

She earned NCAA All-America honors in the 50 free (21.77/T-6th), 100 free (47.58/7th) and 100 fly (51.57/11th) as an individual and as the anchor for the 9th-place 400 medley relay, the lead off of the 11th-place 400 free relay and the second leg of the 15th-place 800 free relay. Her 50 free time made her the 2nd-fastest performer with the 11th-fastest performance in program history

After graduating in 2019, she was a member of the LA Current in the International Swimming League (ISL).
