Interview: Tyler Clary Details Simone Manuel’s “Coming of Age” Swim

GLASGOW, Scotland, December 21. TYLER Clary truly enjoyed the intimacy of the Duel in the Pool finale with Team USA pulling off a comeback victory in the tiebreaker of the mixed 200 medley relay.

Clary calls Simone Manuel’s finish her “Coming of Age” swim, similar to what Clary had making the 2012 London Olympic team.

Clary helped advise Manuel in the Ready Room to just shut her mind off and let her body just do what it has trained to do for years.
