ORLANDO, Florida, March 19. IT’S Hump Day, one of the favorite days for Rockville-Montgomery Swim Club, who put the famous phrase from the Geico commercials on their shirts today at the NCSA junior nationals.

In this video from the deck at the meet, Patrick Cavanaugh talked about the shirts and why the famous catchphrase has become a popular saying for the team. He also discussed the team spirit and how he hopes to have his teammates cheering for him in the 400 IM final tomorrow in the same way he’s been cheering for them so far at the meet.
