Brunemann-Klueh engagement

ANN ARBOR, Michigan, July 7. ANOTHER swimming super couple is on the march to the altar, as Michael Klueh and Emily Brunemann announced their engagement Saturday.

The two have been dating for a few years, and currently train together at Club Wolverine. They had previously been a part of the Fullerton Aquatic Swim Team postgraduate program in California, and when Brunemann decided to return to her alma mater at the University of Michigan, Klueh followed her.

The engagement came just days before Brunemann is set to travel to Kazan, Russia, to compete in the 10K open water swim at the World University Games. Her race is on July 17, the day Klueh will arrive in Spain to begin preparations for his part in the 800 free relay at the FINA world championships.
