Benjamin Schulte Fills Out Olympic 10K Final

LONDON, England. June 22. FINA made its ruling on the Olympic 10K marathon swimming finalists. Benjamin Schulte of Guam accepted the invitation to compete in the Olympic Marathon Swimming 10km and fills out the 25-man roster.

Coached by Dennis Cotterell and Brian King on Gold Coast of Australia, 16-year-old Schulte will not only be the youngest swimmer in the Olympic final by more than a few years, but he will also be the first swimmer from Guam to participate in the Olympic marathon swimming event.

On the men's side, these are the finalists:
