The members of the state championship-winning 400 free relay — Aidan Keen, Will Scott, Matt Anderson and Mark McGlaughlin — talk about beating rival West Des Moines and where the motivation to win the race came from after a long day of swimming. Scott talked about being the least experienced member of the team and what he remembers from the race, while Anderson talks about his five minutes of recovery after the 100 breast and McGlaughlin discusses swimming the anchor leg.
