Morning Swim Show: Paul Stafford’s Approach to Developing Justin Lynch at Terrapins Swim Team

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 26. TODAY’S edition of The Morning Swim Show features a conversation with Terrapins head coach Paul Stafford as he talks about developing his swimmers from junior national talent to senior-level sensations.

Stafford is currently working with butterflyer Justin Lynch, and he talks about why he’s focusing on Lynch’s 400 IM this season, and how that will affect his performances next summer and in the fall when he attends Cal-Berkeley. He also talks about his philosophy of quantity vs. quality and why he won’t be working his swimmers too hard this Thanksgiving weekend. Be sure to visit SwimmingWorld.TV for more video interviews.
