Morning Swim Show, Dec. 4: Chris Hindmarch-Watson Has Called Some of Swimming’s Biggest Moments

PHOENIX, Arizona, December 4. ON today's edition of The Morning Swim Show viewers will learn about the job of being a meet announcer from Chris Hindmarch-Watson, who called races at the 2012 USA Swimming nationals.

Hindmarch-Watson got his start in announcing in his native Canada, where he evolved into one of the world's most known voices at such meets as the Pan Pacific championships, Olympic Trials and world championships. The job can be tough at times, he said, but the thrill of calling a world record and watch swimmers through the years makes it always exciting.
