Industry News: Arena Hosts Athlete Lounge and Suit Exchange

SARASOTA, Florida, June 5. IN keeping with its global commitment to support its athletes, Arena is hosting the “Arena Athlete Abode,” a full-service Athlete Lounge and Suit Exchange headquarters for Masters' athletes competing in Sarasota this week. Arena athletes are invited to come to the house between 7am-12pm or 3pm-8pm daily Wednesday through Sunday. Arena's on-site staff will complete exchanges of athletes' Carbon Pro suits, while welcoming athletes to enjoy complimentary refreshments and lounge by the pool.

“We are committed to our Masters' athletes, and to providing them with first-class service. Athletes come first at Arena, and that includes athletes at all levels, and from all nations,” said Tim McCool, General Manager of Arena North America. “Providing a simple opportunity to exchange their Carbon Pro suits for competition is our first priority, and we realized we also had an opportunity to offer a relaxing VIP experience for all Arena athletes. We jumped on that opportunity”

To exchange their suit, athletes are asked to bring their old Carbon Pro, and may register their exchange on site, using Arena's computers. For those athletes unable to visit the lounge, Arena offers a delivery service to athletes. To register for the delivery service, athletes should email Arena.

Athletes who have already completed their suit exchange are also welcome to utilize the athlete lounge to escape the hotel, and enjoy the amenities including pool, billiards table, refreshments, free wi-fi and several HDTV televisions.
