MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota, March 22. TEXAS A&M’s Cammile Adams cruised to a title defense in the women’s 200-yard fly at the NCAA Division I Women’s Championships, but didn’t seem too happy with the win.

After clocking an easy speed time of 1:52.25, Adams seemed to shrug off the win in the water even though it was her final swim for the Aggies. That’s still the 14th fastest time ever.

Stanford’s Maya DiRado came within one spot of pulling off a title trifecta this week, taking second in 1:52.99 after winning the 200 IM and 400 IM earlier in the week, moving to 12th all time. She’s definitely in the running for Swimmer of the Meet along with Georgia’s Brittany MacLean after that swim.

Tennessee’s Lindsay Gendron (1:53.05), Louisville’s Kelsi Worrell (1:53.63), Kentucky’s Tina Bechtel (1:53.65), Georgia’s Hali Flickinger (1:54.76), Texas A&M’s Caroline McElhany (1:55.52) and UNC’s Meredith Hoover (1:55.85) placed third through eighth.

Georgia’s Lauren Harrington kept piling on the points for Georgia with a 1:54.65 to win the B final. Louisville’s Tanja Kylliainen (1:54.84) and UCLA’s Noelle Tarazona (1:54.88) finished just behind her.

Kentucky’s Abby Myers (1:56.43), Indiana’s Brenna Maclean (1:56.44), UCSB’s Andrea Ward (1:57.24), Florida’s Elizabeth Beisel (1:58.07) and USC’s Jasmine Tosky (1:58.42) wrapped up the consolation heat.
