Deb Riker Memorial Fund Established to Help Needy Kids Go to Summer Camp

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Feb. 18. THE YMCA Indy SwimFit swim team, in conjunction with the family of Masters swimmer Deb Riker, who passed away earlier this month, has established the "Deb Riker Memorial Fund," it was announced today by Indy SwimFit Head Coach, Mel Goldstein.

Goldstein, a former president of United States Masters Swimming, commented: "Debbie loved kids, and therefore
we felt that it would only be fitting to earmark contributions received from this fund to go to send kids to summer camp, whose families for whatever reason do not have the financial resources to do so on their own."

The Deb Riker Memorial fund will be an ongoing fund.
