Suspended Breaststroke Kick Exercise from JR Rosania

PHOENIX, Arizona, August 20. JR Rosania, of JR HealthPlex, has University of California, San Diego incoming freshman Jaimie Bryan demonstrate an exercise that can be used to improve a swimmer’s breaststroke strength.

Bryan uses a TRX strap to perform a suspended breaststroke kick. Note that she performs that exercise while stabilizing her upper body on an inverted Bosu ball. Rosania recommends performing 3 sets of 20 kicks for improved upper body, core, and kick strength.
