PHOENIX, Arizona, August 1. AFTER one of the most dominant high school performances of all time, Hershey's David Nolan has been named this year's Swimming World Male High School Swimmer of the Year.

Meanwhile, for the first time since 1996 when Swimming World began recognizing high school swimmers of the year, there is a tie. Rachel Bootsma and Jasmine Tosky share this year's Female High School Swimmer of the Year title.
