These nations, together with Finland, France and Mexico, will also take part in the Team event. Additionally, the following countries have competitors in Solo and Duet: Argentina, Belarus, Czech Republic, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Slovakia and Uzbekistan.

The event returns to the United States for the second time; it was firstly held in 2001 in Seattle while the last edition was held in Moscow (RUS) in 2008.
