Martina Moravcova Gives Birth to Baby Girl Karolina

DALLAS, Texas, June 17. MARTINA Moravcova, a two-time Olympic silver medalist for Slovakia, has given birth to a baby girl named Karolina according to Slovakian reports by Pluska. Karolina was 6.5 pounds at birth.

Moravcova had a remarkable career, including a span of swimming at five consecutive Olympics from 1992 to 2008. Meanwhile, she earned three silver medals in long course World Championship meet as well as a pair of bronze medals. Additionally, her short course ability led her to seven gold medals in World Championship meets as well as five silvers and five bronzes. Moravcova also was named NCAA Swimmer of the Year in 1999 while representing SMU.
