Industry News: Cleveland State University’s Natatorium Acquires Colorado Time Systems’ Full Color Video Display

LOVELAND, Colorado, November 4. CLEVELAND State University unveiled its new Colorado Time Systems' video display at the Robert F. Busbey Natatorium as Cleveland State started their swimming and diving season at home against Green Bay. The project has been in the making for several years in an effort to provide the University the opportunity to host elite events at the facility.

The video display was funded by private donors and alumni. The installation marks the completion of the first phase in a series of upgrades. The natatorium now boasts a 23mm full color LED matrix display that measures approximately 11ft x 19 ft (3.3m x 5.9m). The display is capable of displaying live timing and results, animations, full color live video, and video replays.

In addition to the display, the University acquired a System 6 Timing Console, which includes timing and scoring for swimming, diving, water polo, and synchronized swimming.

"It has been a goal of CSU for the last several years to have a quality top of the line display board for the world class Robert F. Busbey Natatorium on the campus of Cleveland State University,"
