Porto International: Roberta Panara Triples at Two-Day Event

PORTO, Portugal, June 1. ROBERTA Panara completed a title trifecta at the Porto International meet held in Porto, Portugal this weekend.

On top of a meet record in the women's 100 breast (1:09.96), Panara touched first in the 50 breast (32.91) and 100 free (57.31).

Meanwhile, Pellicciari Matteo clocked a meet-record 1:50.33 in the men's 200 free along with a victory in the 100 free (50.91). The other meet record went to Damian Courtois in the men's 50 fly (24.46), while he also snagged the 100 fly (54.96).

Carla Stampfli and Cristina Maccagnola doubled for the women as Stampfli claimed the 50 (30.71) and 100 (1:05.18) backstrokes, while Maccagnola won the 50 (27.45) and 100 (1:01.38) fly.

For the men, Jiri Jedlicka and Thomas Fucik claimed a pair of titles as well. Jedlicka checked in with wins in the 50 (29.45) and 100 (1:04.28) breaststroke, while Fucik took home the 100 back (58.27) and 200 IM (2:05.86).
