Andrew Bree Under Investigation for Stimulant Use

DUBLIN, Ireland, April 2. ACCORDING to Craig Lord of SwimNews.com, Andrew Bree is under investigation for "an adverse anti-doping finding."

In Lord's report, he states that Bree may have tested positive for a stimulant found in cold medicine during the European Short Course Championships held in December.

Bree, who is the only Irish swimmer headed to Beijing this year, could wind up with a punishment anywhere from a simple warning to a six-month suspension.
