Utah Swimming Completes Reddish Relays

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, October 12. THE University of Utah swimming and diving team opened up with the Reddish Relays on Friday night. The meet was a three team relay non-scoring competition with BYU and the New Mexico women's team. The Ute men won the 300 back relay with the team of Garret Beaman, Todd Bradley and Vlas Lezin coming in with a time of 2:35.67. The Ute women placed second in seven of the ten swimming events.

"We went up against some really well coached teams tonight," comments head coach Greg Winslow. "I'm really excited about where we are as a team. We just need to keep improving and learn how to race."

The Utah women will be in action on Saturday, October 13th at 11:00 a.m., at the Ute Natatorium versus New Mexico.
