Michael Dimitriev, Olga Bernsiev Win Israel Open Water National Championships

TIBIRIAS, Israel, August 18. MICHAEL Dimitriev and Olga Bernsiev walked away from the 10K Israel Open Water National Championships with titles after completing the Sea of Galilee swim.

Dimitriev claimed the men's crown in 2:02:43, while Dan Katzir finished second in 2:09:32. Micki Halika, the 400 IM Israel record holder, took third in 2:09:55.

In the women's race, Bernsiev stopped the clock in 2:12:42 for first, while Masha Bezinuke finished second in 2:38:02. Lee Cohen rounded out the top three in 2:41:58.
