FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida, May 17. PROVIDING the final piece of closure to a story that dominated our web site three years ago, the International Swimming Hall of Fame and Dr. Samuel James Freas have resolved their differences stemming from Freas' ouster in November of 2004.

In a press release sent out from ISHOF, the organization acknowledged Dr. and Mrs. Samuel Freas for their 15 years of service, while Dr. Freas thanked ISHOF for the opportunity to have led the non-profit company.
