NCAA Announces Sites of 2010 Division I Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, February 2. AFTER already naming Texas A&M University as the host of both the men's and women's Division I championships in 2009, the Big Ten will be where the party is at in 2010. Purdue University will play host to the women's pinnacle meet March 18-20 in West Lafayette, Ind., at the Boilermaker Aquatics Center. Meanwhile, Ohio State University will serve as the host of the men's meet from March 25-27 in Columbus, Ohio, at the Bill and Mae McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.

Purdue previously hosted the women's events in 2005. Also slated to host the 2008 women's championships, the Buckeyes have a history of hosting the men's championships on four occasions dating back to 1943.

The 2007 meet will be held at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center in Minneapolis on March 8-10 for the women and March 15-17 for the men. The University of Minnesota will serve at the host.
