Industry News: Finnish Blog Provides Swimming News Gems

PHOENIX, Arizona, January 24. ONE of the most prolific international swimming blogs comes from Finland in the form of Uinnista, loosely translated into English as Of Swimming.

This site, provided by the Hirsi family in Finland, does an incredible job of unearthing some of the hardest to find gems of swimming news throughout the world. Partially written in both Finnish and English, Uinnista is a great find. The site provides some of the more obscure news items of the swimming community with a bit of snarkiness that is always good for a laugh.

While many of our English readers will not be able to understand the Finnish writing, Uinnista still provides a great tool for finding the hidden jewels that add the cherry on top of swimming news.
