GREELEY, Colorado, October 27. THE Northern Colorado swimmers picked up their first dual victory of the season, beating Boise State 221-30 in a double-dual that also included San Diego State, Friday evening at the Butler-Hancock Pool.

Northern Colorado head coach Nancy Hinrichs said she was very excited about how her team swam.

"I'm very happy. I hoped we could do well against San Diego State, and I really thought we competed respectably tonight."
