Main Set YOU DO A 200 free or medley relay by yourself by doing first leg then climb up and rest 5 seconds then do the 2nd leg and so on. THEN subtract 15 seconds from the time and try to match one of your club relay records by 4 seconds. rest 5 seconds after each leg
