This set calls for at least 2 swimmers. You can do any stroke you want for as long a distance as you want. The trick is one swimmer holds the other swimmers ankels therefore one swimmer does the pull and the other does the kick. I hope you injoy your workout! To make it even better you can do relays with this set!
