Situated in Launceston, Tasmania. We are one of the largest clubs in Tasmania with over 10 State swimmers. Our programs are very hard and demanding, I design all of them myself since I am such a wonderful Triathlete.

Main Set 20x100 odds doing Freestyle, evens doing Choice stroke Freestyle on the 1.50mins
Chocie is on 2.10mins
Kick Set 200 Fly kick with fins on your back work those abs so I can see them!
Warm-Down 50m down easy, remove all that latix build-up you are sure to get from this set.
