Set Category Set Description Set Intervals
Kick Set I would do 100 meters of the pool, and then start timing myself. 40 minutes of timing, and then a cool down period of 10 minutes.
Drill Set timing myself to set my pace. 30 seconds in between sets.
Warm-Down start to cool down so I could relax my body. 5 sets of 3 of anything but butterfly.
