6x50's on the minute easy fast

Main Set 10x100

100 on 1:10, 30 seconds extra rest between each set
75's every 50 seconds
50's every 35 seconds
25's every 25 seconds

Kick Set 12x 100's specialty kick i.e. breastrokers breastroke kick
second half faster,

20 seconds rest after each one

Drill Set sprints
6x50's, 24 flat or better

on the 1:30

Total = 5000 SC Yards
