Wright State vs. Milwaukee-Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin, October 31. THE Wright State swimming and diving program picked up their second dual meet sweep of the season at Milwaukee on Friday evening. The men's squad held 168-132 advantage over the Panthers and the women posted a 156-142 win against UWM at the Klotsche Natatorium.

Davynn Peffer paced the men's squad with three individual event victories and helped WSU to a victory in the 200 yd. Medley Relay. Peffer claimed a UWM pool record in the 200 yd. Breaststroke with a time of 2:06.14, won the 100 yd. Breaststroke (58.71) and took the 200 yd. Individual Medley (1:56.25).

T.J. Collins was a part of four victories on the night at Milwaukee, winning both the 50 yd. Freestyle (21.33) and the 100 yd. Freestyle (47.16) and helping both the 200 Medley Relay and 400 Freestyle Relay teams to victories.

Zach Fisher set a new pool record in the 100 yd. Butterfly event and the men's 400 yd. Freestyle Relay team set a new UWM pool standard in the meet.

On the women's side, the Green and Gold got three individual victories from Krystyna Wieczerzak and a pair of distance wins from freshman Molly Pipkorn. Overall the women's squad posted ten victories, including wins in both relay events.

Wieczerzak posted victories in the 200 yd. Freestyle (1:55.04), the 200 yd. Backstroke (2:06.95) and the 200 yd. Individual Medley (2:10.21). The sophomore was also a part of the 200 yd. Medley Relay squad that kicked off the meet with a victory.

Pipkorn posted individual event wins in the 500 yd. Freestyle (5:09.03) and in the 1000 yd. Freestyle event (10:26.16), while helping the 400 yd. Freestyle Relay team to a victory to close out the competition.

The Raiders continue their road trip through Wisconsin with a meet against Green Bay on Saturday, November 1 starting at 1:00.
