Women’s 25K Open Water Race Postponed at Worlds

MELBOURNE, Australia, March 23. ACCORDING to a press release from FINA, the women's 25K open water race at the FINA World Championships has been postponed until shortly after the men's 25K race on Sunday.

The 25K event had been suspended due to inclement weather at the 12.5K point. Swimmers will begin in a staggered start for the remaining 12.5K based on times each swimmer had after the initial five laps.
