Winn Aung Tracks Down Another Kris Humphries National Age Group Mark

REDDING, California, June 23. WINN Aung continued his recent tear on the U.S. National Age Group 10-and-under records, this time eclipsing another legendary Kris Humphries mark at the Matson & Isom Trophy Invitational this weekend.

Aung, 10, raced to a time of 27.57 in the boys 10-and-under 50-meter freestyle event. That performance smashed the previous mark Humphries set of 27.71 way back in 1995 before moving on to a successful basketball career that includes competition at the National Basketball Association level.

Just a month ago, Aung first took down a Humphries record in the 100-meter free, and with his 1:01.06 today has now surpassed Humphries' 1995 mark of 1:02.39 on three separate occasions.

Aung also turned in a sizzling time of 31.12 in the 50-meter fly, just a second off Carson Foster's 2012 U.S. National Age Group mark of 29.91. Aung now holds seven of the 11 possible Sierra Nevada LSC records for his age division.
