Western Kentucky Tops Xavier, 67-26

CINCINNATI, Ohio, November 3. SENIOR Megan Rames picked up two individual victories as the Western Kentucky University women's swimming team defeated Xavier, 67-26, at the O'Connor Sports Center. The Lady Toppers clocked the quickest times in each of the meet's 13 events. WKU's diving squad did not compete in Friday's meet.
Rames finished the 200 Free in 1:57.36 then recorded a time of 54.01 in the 100 Free, both good for first-place. She also teamed with the 400 Free Relay squad to clock in at 3:37.20.

In the 200 Back, Mallory Neltner was first in 2:08.19, while Maggie Skiles (5:18.73) and Erin Nuedling (5:27.71) finished first and second, respectively, in the 500 Free for the Lady Toppers (3-1).

Other first-place finishers for WKU included Raichelle King in the 1,650 Free (17:22.37), Jennifer Adams in the 50 Free (24.84), Kathryn Sutton in the 200 Individual Medley (2:11.76), and Jennifer Johnson in the 200 Fly (2:09.23).
