In the final match of the tournament, China scored 14 goals to host New Zealand's 7. Hungary, Montenegro, Russia and Serbia already had punched their tickets to the Super Final from the European qualifying round March 29-30.

There are still four spots to be filled at the Super Final–two women's teams and two men's teams. These will be determined at the Americas preliminaries, which will take place May 24-27 at the Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos, California. Teams from the USA, Canada and Brazil will vie for the two open places.
