With the men’s Ivy League championships just days away from getting underway, former Harvard swimmer Spenser Goodman has released his annual team hype video, highlighting the team’s training regime throughout the season. The video includes clips of Harvard swimmers training in the pool and in the weight room, Harvard divers on the boards and also shots from outside the pool.

Harvard finished second in the Ivy League a year ago, 233.5 points behind Princeton. The meet gets underway on Thursday and will take place in Providence, R.I., on Brown’s campus.
