Video Plyometric Box Jumps With JR Rosania

PHOENIX, Arizona, September 16. ESTEEMED weight trainer JR Rosania, of JR HealthPlex, has age group swimmers Max and Haley demonstrate a series of plyometric box jumps.

This exercise develops core and leg strength and explosive power for starts and turns. Rosania recommends that swimmers perform 3 sets of 8 jumps. Swimmers may vary the height of boxes dependent on ability level.
