Kentucky’s Asia Seidt swept both backstroke events at the 2018 SEC Championships, including dipping under 1:50 in the 200. The sophomore discusses being pleased with her times despite not being shaved and tapered. She also talks about how she has more confidence and is ready to put in the work leading up to NCAAs.

Lars Jorgensen is pleased that Kentucky gained more NCAA qualifiers at these SEC Championships. He also discusses how his team has been focused on NCAAs all season long and that SECs prepares them for the National meet atmosphere.
