COLLEGE PARK, Maryland, December 16. THE Speedo Tom Dolan Invitational continues to be a fast meet, showcasing some of the fastest age-group swimmers on the Eastern seaboard, which makes host Nation’s Capital proud to continue the meet into its 11th year.

Tom Ugast, the team’s head coach, talks about his excitement in seeing a high number of national age group records that continue to fall at the meet, and how his work with Nation’s Capital is not only helping the kids perform well in the pool, but in the classroom as well.
