ORLANDO, Florida, March 21. MANY of the athletes at the NCSA junior nationals this week are experiencing the five-day meet for the first time, and in this video interview, we meet one of those swimmers learning as much as possible in this intense environment.

Sophia Clayton-Luce, a 13-year-old from New Wave Swimming, talks in the SwimmingWorld.TV interview about not coming to the meet last year when she was 12, handling the massive number of swimmers during warm-up and what mistakes she’s learning from in her races.
