Video Interview: No Matter the Event, Dana Vollmer Wants to Race

ORLANDO, Florida, February 17. DANA Vollmer's worst fear came true on Thursday evening at the Arena Grand Prix, when her cap fell off in the final meters of the 100 butterfly, echoing the same situation that happened at the Olympics. The world record holder talks about that experience in this exclusive video interview with Swimming World's Tiffany Elias.

The 100 fly marked Vollmer's first race since the Olympics, and she talks about the nerves she felt before the race and how she will take what she learned from this meet forward through the upcoming long course season. She also talks about her need to race at the meet, and talked about why she decided to race in the C final of the 100 back, after the excitement of the earlier finals had concluded.
