CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, May 17. NBAC’s Michael Phelps is focused on building his fitness level back up to a full three-day program at the Arena Grand Prix in Santa Clara.

While Phelps felt fine swimming the 100 fly and 200 free on his one day of swimming in Charlotte, but he’s focusing more on himself as he preps for this summer. He’s also looking forward to get back in the water for a full three-day schedule in Santa Clara after a month in Colorado for high altitude training.

Phelps also said he for sure will not swim the 200 fly, 400 IM, mile and any breaststrokes on his schedule going forward. He said the rest of his schedule is up to how things work themselves out.
