CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, May 15. MICHAEL Phelps, who is swimming in the men’s 200-meter free against teammates Conor Dwyer and Yannick Agnel this week at the Arena Grand Prix in Charlotte, is ready to step up to the big leagues again.

Phelps explained how excited he is to be participating in the 200-meter free this week after what he called a rinky dink 100 fly and 50 fly.

Phelps and Bob Bowman both bantered back and forth in part of a fun press conference this afternoon in Charlotte.
