ATHENS, Georgia, July 11. MICHAEL Phelps just posted the second-fastest time in the world in the men’s 100-meter fly, and he still wasn’t entirely happy with his swim at the Bulldog Grand Slam.

Seeing a 51-second swim up on the scoreboard did help Phelps feel happy about the finish, but he still feels that he has a lot of work to do off the walls.

Phelps and Bowman cover a bevy of topics during this 11-minute press conference following the first full night of championships here in Athens.
