Video Interview: Katie Ledecky Analyzes Her 400 Free World Record Swim

IRVINE, California, August 9. EVERYONE inside the William Woollett Aquatic Center was on their feet to pull Katie Ledecky along to a world record in the 400 free at the USA Swimming nationals, but all Ledecky wanted to do was get a best time.

After the swim, Ledecky visited the mixed zone to talk about her pacing in the race and how she was able to swim a second faster in finals than she did in prelims.
